We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

How to Request a Return
To start a return, please email support@orellix.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide return instructions within 1 business day.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
