Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered. If you’re not satisfied, you’re welcome to request a return and refund under the following conditions:
- Refunds are available on eligible returned items (see our Return Policy)
- Returned products must pass inspection (unused, unworn, tags attached)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only
- Please allow 5–10 business days after we receive your return to process the refund
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider. Still need help? Contact support@orellix.com.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placing the order. To cancel, email us at orders@orellix.com with your order number immediately.
Once an order is processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In that case, you may initiate a return instead after receiving the item.
Important Notes
- Shipping fees (if charged) are non-refundable
- Refunds will reflect the final amount paid after any discounts
- For promotional items, refund amount is based on discounted price
